    Phillips Pack Saddle Artillery Mounting Brackets
    Original matched pair of Artillery/pack howitzer mounting brackets [so I've been told] for use with the M1924 Phillips Pack Saddle, zinc plated steel construction featuring brown leather straps with a mix of tin plated steel and brass hardware. Wide straps are marked on tip U.S./JEFF. Q.M.D. 1929/H.E.K. Straps are very dry and brittle from age, and two of the small straps on one bracket are damaged as can be seen in the photos. No dents or other damage to metal brackets. Interesting stuff for any collector of pack howitzer or Phillips Pack Saddle items, in good condition and one price gets both!
