Unknown Belgian M31 helmet

Description

For sale this Belgian M31 helmet. The helmet does not (never had) any holes in the front.
The helmet is unknown in this color. People say it might be from the traffic police, others say it might be used in Belgian Congo.
In the shell there is a small crown stamped with the letters PB (Politie Belgie/Police Belgique??).

The liner has one tongue, which is stapled together by the previous owner.
