If it is a pre-sale or a confirmed order once the item arrives to us we will ship it out to you. We cannot and will not cancel a purchased order for any reason, we are not a bigbox store, please understand this prior to purchasing.

We do not cancel pre-order items
so be sure to ask any and all questions before purchasing and note the length of time it will take to release, it can be as long as a few months. We ALWAYS ship with care - cardboard - appropriate measures are always taken so they do not bend
