It has 1" seams that can open up to give another 2" on each side, up to bust size 36". It can also be taken in on the same seams to make it smaller. About the Measurements: The main sizes you need to look for are the bust and length. The rest of the measurements are generally proportional. Please note, your bust measurement is usually a little different from your bra size. Blouse bust measurement is taken lying flat, numbers doubled. Length is from the top of the shoulder.
