Experienced competitive swimmers who want fitting suits should size down. We've made choosing the right size suit for your child as easy as possible, so we have based sizing on age, average height and average weight. If you child is well under or over average size then you'll need to size up or down, but the vast majority of junior swimmers will be able to wear the size based on their age.

Kneeskin Fitting Tips: It will take anywhere from 10-25 minutes to get a kneeskin on. Take your time, work the suit up slowly, pulling on the seams or double layer panels where possible and don't forget to clip your nails. Flip the leg grippers over to pull the suit up your leg and these should be the last thing you fit in place. Fit your suit elbow first. It will be easier to get on and stretch much less. Fitting hand first puts tons of pressure on the straps. Liner rides high on the hips. This will lift the core high in the water, and means that the fit will be right around the neck and chest. Fit the liner high so it sits across the bottom rather than under it. Do this right and you will feel that your body position is high in the water, making you faster.
