BLISS/FRASER ELECTRIC WOOL CUTTER FOR RUG HOOKING

Description

Bliss rug hooking electric cutter.  This is at least 30 years old and still works well.  It has worn surfaces, and a couple of dings that don't affect use.  I was unable to get the current cutter head off. . didn't want to force it, but a mechanic could probably figure it out.
It comes with 2 wrenches, and a new cutter head in box, marked SP1.
