BFG Mini-Bi Folding Gate Trackless DIY kit
- a compact mechanism for the manufacture of trackless bi folding gates of the "Accordion / Book" type.

This mechanism is a gear reducer, making it very compact compared to the previous
BFG Uni/BFG 30-50/BFG 50-80
linkage.
What is especially nice for perfectionists, the BFG Mini has no visible brackets, levers and rods!
All equipment of the mechanism is hidden from view and from the effects of rain and snow.
Thanks to this design, your gate will look and work very impressive, and the process of opening / closing is perceived as magic)
All elements of the mechanism are protected from corrosion by zinc.
The mechanism is closed on top with a gray cover. In case of need, the material of the cover allows you to paint it in the color you need.
The mechanism has been tested for durability. It provides more than 35 kg/m to hold the sashes. The gears are made of 40X steel with subsequent hardening of the teeth.

The
BFG Mini
mechanism is installed on gates with a leaf thickness of 50 mm and an opening of up to 6 m.
Rods of the required length are made to order for large openings.
The gate can be easily automated with any swing gate motor.
The kit consists of a pair of gearboxes - left and right.
One gearbox can be purchased separately.
Hinges/pins for gate leaves with a diameter of 25mm (1") are not included in the scope of delivery.
Due to the fact that the axles can be purchased locally, I did not include them in the package, as the extra weight significantly increases the cost of international shipping. Available for a separate fee.
