Coloured paper covered wires are ideal for making sugar flowers.
Wires have a matt finish.
When inserting sugar flowers into a cake, always put wire decorations into a plastic posy pic, and insert the posy pic into the cake to avoid direct contact with food items.
Choose from: 24, 26, 28 or 30 gauge.
Choose from: Dark Green or White.
