    Description

    This is a Military Training Certificate from the Citizens' Military Training Camp at Vancouver Barracks, Washington.  It is dated July 17, 1926 and signed by Brigadier General Paul A. Wolf, who signed it again on the back.  The person who was awarded this certificate was Vernal Shoemaker.  It indicates on the back that he also made the Marksman qualification for Rifle.  The form has been folded resulting in creases  but is otherwise in excellent condition.
